Returns & ExchangesDue to the handmade and delicate nature of our pieces, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We carefully inspect and package each order before it leaves us, but if your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or your earring breaks shortly after purchase, please reach out to support@lumarei.com and we’ll be happy to review the issue and find the best way to help.
Processing Time (the time it takes to ship)Ready to ship or RTS products process within 3 - 5 business days, excluding weekend days.
Made to order or MTO products, will be made upon purchase and have a TAT of up to 20 business days, excluding weekend days.
Do you make 'Clip On" EarringsWe do not explicitly make clip on attachments, but if you do want that accommodation, please leave us a note message before submitting your order, however every style may not be compatible with clip ons and I will communicate that.
It would also become a MTO product, TAT of up to 20 business days, excluding weekend days.
